JANUARY NEWSLETTER
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2002. WOW! Another year is over and a new one has just begun. As we begin this New Year, our fourth grade students will be working very hard to schieve excellence on their ELA test, which they will be taking on the end of January. The fourth grade teachers have been working very hard so that these students will be readily prepared when taking the test.

The Parents' Association After School Art Program has begun. There was such a large amount of students wishing to participate that the program had to be divided into two days. Luckily, Ms. Loiacano was able to accommodate both days. The fourth and fifth grade students will attend on Wednesday afternoon and the third grade students will attend on Thursday. No child will be able to attend unless their permission slip is signed and returned to the school.
A special Ring Day ceremony will take place on January 8 during periods 7 & 8. This special ceremony is celebrated to honor our 8th grade-graduating students with a P.S. 207 school ring. In just a few short months these students will be graduating and taking the next step in their education. All parents of the graduating class are welcomed to attend.February 10, 2002- FAMILY NIGHT at Hot Skates:There is a maximum of 400 people. This will be first come basis. Tickets go on sale soon.
APRIL 10, 2002 FASHION SHOW: This event will take place at the Villa Russo. The fashions will be by Dress Barn and modeled by the staff of P.S. 207
